Eclipse wows Medical Campus

Total solar eclipse draws gawkers to Ellen S. Clark Hope Plaza

August 23, 2017

Dozens of employees and passers-by gathered Monday, Aug. 21, at Ellen S. Clark Hope Plaza on the Washington University Medical Campus to witness a historic total solar eclipse.

For many employees, work took a pause so they could head outside or take in the event from their windows. Even though the campus offered a view just shy of totality, the eclipse did not disappoint. Clear skies made for a great event.
