Dayna S. Early, MD, a professor of medicine in the Division of Gastroenterology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, will receive the 2023 Distinguished Endoscopic Research Mentoring Award from the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
The annual award recognizes outstanding career achievement on the part of research mentors who have spent a substantial portion of their careers working to develop and nurture the next generation of endoscopic investigators. The organization advances digestive care through education, advocacy and promotion of excellence and innovation in endoscopy
Early will receive the honor May 24 at an awards event in Chicago.
