2013 Patient Safety Conference

Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis Children’s Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine will host the second Patient Safety & Quality Symposium on Friday, February 8th at the Eric P. Newman Education Center.

The conference will feature general and plenary sessions covering topics such as:

• Characteristics of High Reliability Organizations
• Human Factors
• Universal Protocol
• Simulation Training

Call for Abstracts

You are invited to submit an abstract for poster display. The submission deadline is Friday, December 7th at midnight Central Standard Time. The conference is an opportunity to showcase the results of your patient safety and performance improvement activities and share them broadly with a cross section of peers, including leaders from the C-suite, faculty, medical and nursing students, resident physicians and clinical and operational professionals.
